1 - Fixes and Changes in
6.0.3
LogiQ 6.0.3 is a new version of Logiq. The current version
must be uninstalled before this one is installed.
To describe the features and fixes included in this Service

1. TPOS If there are multiple prices available for a pass (for instance, there could be an approprate discount category) the lowest will be used that the customer is entitled to.

2. Customer Customer photos were not being printed on membership cards. Now they are.
|
|
3. Customer When creating a new customer, the SMS and EMail Opt In options default to No.
|
|
4. DD Run Entries were being created on the .ABA File for zero value. Determined that the issue was rounding, the transaction actually had a value .1 of a cent. Changed DD Run to not create an entry on the file if the amount is > .5 of a cent.

5. Courses When creating a course, the system ignored clash checking for Areas.Now clash checking can be turned off.

6. Courses When creating a new course clash checking was always occuring. Now only clash checks if this is selected.
|
|
7. Facility Navigator When changing a stock quantity the system now accepts the quantity being added and calulates the new quantity.

8. Customer Enable printing of Venue Logo on Membership cards.
|
|
9. Customer/Facility Navigator You now have the option to enter a Vendor transaction amount on Deferred Payment Plans. This is a charge that is incurred by the Vendor for processing the Transaction and will occur whenever a Direct Debit is transacted for the customer. The reason for separating it from the regular instalment amount is so that when Hold amounts are calculated it is not used in determining the adjusted amount.

2 - Installation
Please contact

to obtain upgrade files and assistance for carrying out
upgrades.
During
an upgrade the following steps might be taken (with the
assistance of Qvisual Support Staff):
Perform a full back up of the
live database.
Create a new TEST database
Test the upgrade on the TEST
database
Upgrade the LIVE database
Upgrade the client workstations
3 - Uninstalling
Click Start, and then click
Control Panel.
Click Add or Remove Programs.
Scroll down to "LogiQ 5.9", or some
other old version, click on it, and then click Change/Remove.
